Summary of Terms of Services

By using our prepaid phone cards and or other products and services of Global Connect Telecommunications, Inc. (GCT) you agree to the following Terms and conditions.

• You agree that GCT reserve the right to end your ArmeniaCall account services if we believe that our products and services were used to violate the Terms and Conditions of service.
•  You agree that if the Terms and Condition of service is violated, ArmeniaCall reserve the right to cooperate with any third party by providing necessary information in either civil or criminal dispute.
• You agree to report any violation of Terms and Condition of service that is concerned with the GCT the provider of ArmeinaCall products and services.
• GCT reserves the right to disconnect the ArmeniaCall services that is used by customer in fraudulent manner.  In the event of fraudulent activities, GCT is not liable to provide payments for the activities on ArmeniaCall products.
• You agree to not use GCT’s ArmeniaCall products and services for illegal use or for the spread of material that is unauthorized, harassing, offensive of other’s privacy, abusive, hurtful, improper, and obscene that may violate the intellectual property or right of others.
• You agree not to use GCT’s ArmeniaCall products and services for the spread of “spam”, “junk mail”, “chain mail”, or other unsolicited mass material to others.
• You agree that there are no refunds for the purchased product.  ALL SALES ARE FINALL.  Cards do not have refundable value.  Cards are invalid after three months of initial use.  Any unused balance after the expiration of the card is not refundable.
• You agree to provide accurate and true personal information when registering as customer of GCT for the purchase and use of ArmeniaCall products and services.

Fraudulent Activities

It is illegal to use products and services from this website for means of fraud.  GCT reserve the right to disable and remove any fraudulent activity with notice.  GCT is not liable for any refunds where the fraud occurred on ArmeniaCall products and services.

Trademarks and copyrights

Copy right 2006 ArmeniaCall, Inc. 1025 N Brand Boulevard Glendale, California 91202.  Unauthorized duplication and/or distribution of our products are prohibited. 

Returns and Expiration Dates

Our cards do not have refundable value after it is sold.  ALL SALES ARE FINAL.  Our cards are valid for three months after the first use. 

Rates

Rates vary with each card based on the market condition and other in country factors.  We provide rates and fees for all of our calling cards on our website.  You should review our rate table periodically due to fast change of the market.  We reserve the right to change the rate table with out notice. 

User’s Registration Obligations

You as customer agree to provide current, true, and accurate information on the New Member Registration form.  This information should be updated in the event of any status change.  Our member is solely responsible for all billing transactions and charges. 

Member Account, Password, and security

As member you are obligated to maintain the confidentiality of your account information and password.  You should notify GCT immediately of any unauthorized transaction on your ArmeniaCall account.  And you are also responsible to notify your credit card or bank card department in the event of unauthorized use of our credit card or bank card. 

Privacy Policy

We consider all exchange of information between members and GCT to be private.  We will not disclose, monitor, and edit the content of member’s information.  We reserve the right to report any illegal transaction to any local, state, and or federal agency.  We reserve the right to in our sole discretion to cooperate with any government agency or a third party by providing information in either criminal or civil dispute if member violates any or our Terms and Conditions of Service.

Indemnity

Our members indemnify and assure that they hold GCT affiliates and employees harmless from any accusation and demands from and against all liabilities, settlements, including but not limited to attorney and accounting fees.

No Resale of Service

Our members agree to NOT to resell, use, and or access to our ArmeniaCall products to a third party unless otherwise it is authorized by GCT.  Civil and/or criminal action will be taken if any member resell AmeniaCall products to a third party.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate our member password and usage if we believe that the Terms and Condition of Services have been violated. 

Dealing with Advertisers

GCT is not responsible for any ArmeniaCall transaction, payment and delivery of products and services for the advertisement participants on our website.  We are not liable for any loss and/or damage incurred as a resulting of dealing with advertisers from our website.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our members agree that ArmeniaCall products are at member’s sole risk.  Our products and services are on “AS IS” and “AS Available” and “ALL Sales Are Final” base.

Limitation of Liability

Our members agree that GCT is not liable for any damages occurring from disruption, termination, and delay of our ArmeniaCall services and products.  Our members agree that GCT is not liable for any direct, indirect, negligible damages result form use of ArmeniCall products and services.
