2. At the prompt, enter your PIN number.
3. For International Calls: enter 011+Country Code+City Code+Number.
4. For Domestic Calls: enter 1+Area Code+Number.
5. To make another call: do not hang up; press the star key (*),
then repeat step 3 or 4.
6. To redial your last number: do not hang up; press the star key (*),
then zero (0), and then pound (#).

Maintenance Fee: $0.79 after seventh day of first use,
and $0.79 every seventh day.
